  • Pam Nibert: I have precious memories of Herbie (as I called him). He was my uncle's brother. I am Pam Cooper Nibert (John and Loretta's daughter). Herbie would come and stay with Perry and Juanita. As children, we enjoyed talking with him. I remember Herbie had a special fondness for Paul. Now both Paul and Herbie are both walking the streets of heaven together. Love to the family of this special person to so many. Keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers.
