Obituary for Mark John Lucijanic

Mark John Lucijanic, age 48, of Canal Winchester, passed away suddenly on Friday March 5, 2010. Born May 25, 1961 in Columbus, he was a 1979 graduate of Independence High School, where he was All-City in baseball. Mark was employed by De-Tech Inc., and was an avid golfer and fisherman. Preceded in death by his father, John Lucijanic, he is survived by his mother, Betty Lucijanic; sister, Lisa Lucijanic; uncle and aunt, Howard & Dorothy Bailey; and many cousins.
Friends may visit 6-8 p.m. Thursday March 11 at the DWAYNE R. SPENCE FUNERAL HOME, 650 W. Waterloo St., Canal Winchester. Funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Friday at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 5684 Groveport Rd., Groveport, with the Rev. Fr. Richard Metzger officiating. Interment will follow at Glen Rest Memorial Estate.
