Brian P. Carter

Brian P. Carter Jr., age 34, of Chillicothe, OH passed away unexpectedly February 17, 2017. He was born August 13, 1982 in Columbus, OH. Brian graduated from the Ohio State University with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and Tiffin University with a Master’s in Business Management. He served in the United States Navy. Brian was a proud and active member of the Wounded Warrior Project.

Preceded in death by his two grandfathers, Paul Davis and William Roddick Sr.; and grandmother, Dorothy Kocher. Survivors include his father, Brian (Brenda) Carter Sr.; mother, Tami (Bill) Roddick; fiancé, Tonya Reisinger; two children, ShyAnne Headley and Addison Carter; two brothers, Dr. William (Whitney) Roddick and David (Ana) Hallmon; two grandmothers, Angie Roberts and Doris Roddick; grandfather, Fred Kocher; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

Family and friends may visit 5-8:00pm on Thursday, February 23, at the DWAYNE R. SPENCE FUNERAL HOME, 550 Hill Rd. N. Pickerington, OH 43147. A funeral service officiated by Pastor Robert Heinlein will begin at 11:00am on Friday, February 24, at Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church, 8950 Refugee Rd, Pickerington, OH 43147. Interment at Violet Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to the Wounded Warrior Project, PO Box 758517 Topeka, Kansas 66675.
