Carolyn L. Ryan-Sharp

Carolyn L. Ryan-Sharp, age 62, of Canal Winchester, formerly of Columbus, died Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at Mt. Carmel East Hospital. Born May 2, 1955 in Frankfort, Germany, to the late John Franklin and Renee (Bourn) Ryan, she graduated from Langley High School in Langley, Virginia. She enjoyed cooking, had a good sense of humor, and a big heart.
She is survived by her husband, Van C. Sharp; son, Keith Thornton, Delaware, Ohio; granddaughters, Holly and Jasmine; sisters, Linda (Russell) Barnes, Centerville, Virginia, and Liz Ryan-Homan, North Carolina; nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends this Saturday, September 9 from 4 to 7 pm at the residence. There will be no service.
Friends who wish may donate to Capital Area Humane Society, 3015 Scioto-Darby Executive Ct., Hilliard, OH 43026 in Carolyn’s memory.
