Eugene Lucka

Eugene Richard Lucka, age 90, of Dublin, died Sunday, January 14, 2018 at his residence. Born March 29, 1927 in Chicago, IL to the late John and Magdaline (Flowarzny) Lucka. He was a retired electrical engineer and member of Church of God International.
Preceded in death by his wife, Claire Marie Lucka in 2000; son, Martin Lucka; and sister, Violet Reutel.
He is survived by sons, Richard (Karen) Lucka, Pickerington, Curtis (Sheryl) Lucka, Maple Park, IL, Jeffrey Lucka, Lancaster; grandchildren, Breanne (Matthew) Koll, Kristen (Christian) Hallows, Daniel Lucka, Kevin (Heather) Lucka, Heather (Jordan Hermiller) Lucka; great-grandchildren, David, Claire, Audrey, Audrey, Hayden, and Mackenzie; nieces and nephews.
Friends may visit noon to 2 pm Saturday at the DWAYNE R. SPENCE FUNERAL HOME, 550 Hill Road N. (St. Rt. #256), Pickerington, where funeral service will follow at 2 pm with Pastor Tony Buchart officiating. Interment will be next week at Mt. Auburn Memorial Park in Stickney, IL.
