Jean F. Schleppi, age 83, of Canal Winchester, died Easter Sunday, March 31, 2024 at her residence. Born April 19, 1940 in Carroll to the late Lloyd and Edna (Benson) Stebelton. She was a 1958 graduate of Canal Winchester High School and was a member of Salem United Methodist Church. Preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, Edwin Schleppi in 2009; and brothers, Pete, Ken, and Bob Stebelton. She is survived by her children, Jackie (Mark) Istanich, Jasper, TN, and Tom Schleppi, Canal Winchester; grandchildren, Tim (Ashley) St. Hilaire, Matt St. Hilaire, Tricia (Dewey) Landis, Mark Schleppi, and Shawn (Sarah) Shleppi; great-grandchildren, Lilliana, Audree, Camden, Levi, Hope, Gavin, Arden, Naomi, Juliet, and Christian; twin sister, Jeanette (Jim) Haynes; brother, Charlie Stebelton; and many nieces and nephews. Friends may visit 11 am to 1 pm Friday, April 5 at the Dwayne R. Spence Funeral Home, 650 W. Waterloo St., Canal Winchester, where funeral service will follow at 1 pm with Pastor Jim Green officiating. Interment after at Betzer Cemetery.
