Robert Howard Bowshier

Robert Harold Bowshier, age 92, died April 13, 2024. Born September 21, 1931, in Dublin, OH to the late Harold and Hazel (Krumm) Bowshier. He is survived by his daughter, Pamela White; grandson, William White. Robert is a 1950 graduate of Pleasantville High School. During high school, he worked part time at the Columbus Zoo. He always had a love for tools, machinery, and working in his garage. Out of this garage, came several inventions that were never patented. Robert also had a love for country music and was an exceptional singer. He was a long-time member at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness. Robert was a jack of all trades and worked many different jobs doing different things including North American Aviation, Dick Holster Automotive, and owning/operating his own tv sales and repair business. He is preceded in death by his parents; siblings, JoAnn Hoffman, Ernest Bowshier, John Bowshier, and Sonia Bowshier; former spouse, Anna Mae White (Bowshier).
Friends and family may visit Dwayne R. Spence Funeral Home 650 W. Waterloo St, Canal Winchester, OH 43110 on Thursday, April 18, 2024, from 10-11am. A funeral service will follow the visitation beginning at 11am in the funeral home. Interment will take place at Lithopolis Cemetery following the funeral service.
