Scott Kirkwood

Scott David Kirkwood, age 67, of Groveport went to be with the Lord after a lengthy illness. Born May 24, 1950 in Columbus, OH. He graduated from Northland High School in 1969. He loved all sports and was a lifelong fan of the OSU Buckeyes and Dallas Cowboys.

Preceded in death by parents, John and Emilie Kirkwood; and grandson, Jaxsyn. Survived by wife of 40 years, Catherine; two sons, Jason (Karyn) Kirkwood and Jonathan Kirkwood; daughter, Cassandra Kirkwood; grandchildren, Jude, Lola and Jayden; brother, Keith (Sandra) Kirkwood; brother and sister-in-law, Joseph and Ragena Lacalamita; nieces and nephews, Kim (Dan) Boulter; Kelly Kirkwood, Lisa Lacalamita and Joseph Lacalamita; and many relatives and friends, you will be missed.

Family and friends may visit 6-8:00pm on Monday, October 2, at the DWAYNE R. SPENCE FUNERAL HOME, 650 W. Waterloo St. Canal Winchester, OH 43110. A memorial service will be private for the family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to Center for Groveport Madison Human Needs, 595 Cherry St, Groveport, OH 43125.
