To my Uncle Tom, I'm so glad I got to hug you and sit with you, I didn't know it would be the last time. Your presence was like a warm fire or the glassy water on the morning at the beach house, to be in your presence was to feel instantly at ease. You were a gentle spirit, and no doubt that gentle spirit can still be felt through all of those close to you. Your part of my earliest memories, I'm so thankful that I got to spend so much time with you by the sea, in the ocean, and every time I think of "found a peanut" I will think of you and Barbie laughing with me out in the waves of holden. Until next time Uncle Tom.

Dear Mrs Palmer Carl Tom and your family. I have so many wonderful happy stories and memories of our families together. From when we were kids up until today. Your husband and Dad was cut from a special mold much like the others from Uniontown. I know the sadness you are feeling as you say good bye but I hope you find that special place where you can find your Dad again in heaven. For me it’s in the clouds. I see my dad telling stories running in the clouds and watching over us. Sending you love and hugs over the next days and times ahead. Love you all. Lorie
