Aidan Harris Carter

Aidan Carter, age 15, of Reynoldsburg, died January 7, 2018 at Nationwide Children’s Hospital. He was born December 30, 2002 in Columbus, Ohio. Aidan attended Ohio State School for the Blind where he was involved in the marching band and David’s United Church of Christ where he participated in the “Come Beloved” band and Under the Stars Ministry. He was a Smile-ologist Extraordinaire: If you’d lost yours, he’d help you find it!

Aidan was a son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin and a friend to many. He will be greatly missed.

Aidan is survived by parents, Todd and Heidi; sister, Kendall; grandparents, Bob and Sharon Carter, Sharon Harris, John Harris and Linda Whitton; uncles, Doug Carter, Mark Carter, Matthew (Tamara Chang) Harris; cousins, Ryleigh, Alexa, Tyler, Christopher, Amber, Ashley, Octavia; and many dear friends.

Friends may visit 2-4 & 6-8 Friday January 12, 2018 at the DWAYNE R. SPENCE FUNERAL HOME, 650 W. Waterloo Street, Canal Winchester, Ohio 43110. A celebration of life will take place at 10:30 Saturday at David’s United Church of Christ, 80 W. Columbus Street, Canal Winchester, Ohio 43110 with Pastor Dave Long-Higgins officiating.

Those who wish may donate to the church or Ohio State School for the Blind, 5220 N. High Street Columbus, Ohio 43214 in Aidan’s memory.
