Andrea "Skip" Watkins

Andrea “Skip” Marie Watkins, age 80, of South Bloomfield, died December 24, 2019 at Mount Carmel Grove City. She was born August 31, 1939 in Lithopolis, Ohio to the late Andrew and Ruth (Myers) Lambert. Skip was a graduate of Groveport Madison High School and was a longtime member of Hopewell United Methodist Church where she belonged to the United Methodist Women’s group. She loved spending time with her family and had fond memories of going on cruises.

Preceded in death by her grandson, Matthew Watkins and her sister, Jo Faye Wilson; Skip is survived by her children, Jon (Shelly) Watkins, Beth (David) Allen, Jeffrey (Cindi) Watkins, Joe (Tawnya) Watkins, Jason (Tabby Ramey) Watkins; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brothers, Nelson Grubbs and David (Holly) Grubbs; special friend, Roy Lowe; and many dear family and friends.

Friends may visit 4-8 p.m. Monday at the DWAYNE R. SPENCE FUNERAL HOME, 650 W. Waterloo Street, Canal Winchester, Ohio 43110 where a funeral service will take place at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday with Pastor Barb Salyers officiating. Interment to follow at Lithopolis Cemetery.
