Anna Harris

Anna L. Harris, 89, of Groveport, died on Wednesday, December 5, 2018 at Grant Medical Center in Columbus. Born on October 11, 1929, Anna worked for Coaxial Communications for 20 years. She was a member of the Buckeye Lake Yacht Club and The Fraternal Order of Eagles. Anna love spending time in the sun and boating on the water. She is survived by her children, Gary (Sherry) Harris and Deborah (Bruce Carmichael) Edwards; grandchildren, Jennifer (Chris) Winters and Sunaye (Mark) Allen; great-grandchildren, Page Harris, Kaylee Barber, Kenedee Winters, Kaden Winters, and Macklin, Marley and Macey Allen; dear friends, Steve and Scotty; neighbors, Keith and Marge; and her special friend Joni, who always called her, “her summer mom”. Anna was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur; and her parents, Wilbur and Bessie Smith. Friends may visit from 1-4 p.m on Sunday, December 9th at the DWAYNE R. SPENCE FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 650 W. Waterloo St., Canal Winchester, OH 43110, where a funeral service will follow at 4:00 p.m. Interment will be private.
