Barbara Ellen Anklam

Barbara Ellen Anklam, age 64, of Pickerington, died Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at Kobacker House. Born June 16, 1953 in Columbus to the late Chuck and Rita (Estep) Nuzum, she was a proud alumna of Bishop Hartley High School and The Ohio State University. She was office manager for Dr. Jeffrey Sams in Columbus for 21 years.
Survived by her husband of 41 years, Ray Anklam; sons, Steve (Kasey) Anklam, Canal Winchester, Grant (Lisa) Anklam, Columbus; grandchildren, Rex and Paige, and was looking forward to meeting Miles in May; siblings, Kevin (Chris) Nuzum, New Albany, Kathy (Bob) Purcell, North Ridgeville, Connie (Mark) Gabelman, Pataskala, Chuck Nuzum, Nashville, TN, Beth Nuzum Cronenweth, Columbus; brother-in-law, Neil (Annie) Anklam; sister-in-law, Gail Winter; nieces and nephews.
Friends may visit 2-4 & 6-8 pm Sunday at the DWAYNE R. SPENCE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, 550 Hill Road N. (St. Rt. #256), Pickerington. Funeral Mass will be held 10:30 am Monday at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish, 600 Hill Road N., Pickerington, with Fr. James Klima, Celebrant.
A Vigil Service will be held 3:45 pm Sunday at the funeral home.
