Betty Compton

Betty Lou Compton, age 78, of Amanda, Ohio died June 2, 2018 at Pickering House in Lancaster. She was born July 22, 1939 in Groveport, Ohio to the late Raymond and Edith Bryan.

Preceded in death by her daughter, Tammy Lou Compton; Betty is survived by her husband of 60 years, Hugh Compton; son, Rick (Vicki) Compton; grandsons, Scot (Gina) Compton and Nicholas (Sarah) Compton; great-grandchildren, Camryn Compton and Blake Compton; brothers Donnie (Pam) Bryan, Eddie (Kate) Bryan and Dale (Deb) Bryan; many nieces, nephews and dear friends.

Friends may visit 4-7 p.m. Tuesday at the DWAYNE R. SPENCE FUNERAL HOME, 650 W. Waterloo Street, Canal Winchester, Ohio 43110 where a service will take place at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday. Interment to follow at Union Grove Cemetery. Those who wish may donate to the Pickering House, 282 Sells Road, Lancaster, Ohio 43130 in Betty’s memory.
