Charles William Higdon Jr

Charles W Higdon Jr, age 59, of Blacklick, died Friday, Sept. 1, 2023 at his residence. Born December 28, 1963 in Altus, Oklahoma. He served in the U.S. Army Reserve and was an independent loan closing officer with Contract Closers LLC. He attended St. John XXIII Catholic Church and was active in the Knights of Columbus.
He is survived by his children, Felicia Williams and Charles W. Higdon III, both of Oklahoma, and Kenneth (Kerry) Higdon II, of Virginia; grandchildren, Olivia, Edward, Abigail, Kol, and Gideon; parents, Charlie and Norma Higdon, of Pickerington; brother, Ken (Wanda) Higdon, of Canal Winchester; sister, Anita Higdon, of Liberty Township, Ohio; nieces and nephew, Jennifer, Michael, and Melissa.
Friends may visit 5-8 pm Thursday at the DWAYNE R. SPENCE FUNERAL HOME, 550 Hill Rd N (St. Rt. #256), Pickerington, where a Vigil and K of C Service will be held at 7:45. Funeral Mass will be 10:30 am Friday at St. John XXIII Catholic Church, 5170 Winchester-Southern Rd, Canal Winchester, with Fr. Brian O’Connor, Celebrant. Interment will be 12 noon Saturday at St. Catherine Cemetery in New Haven, KY.
