Christian M. Kissner, age 29, passed away unexpectedly on June 9, 2022 in Columbus, OH. Born May 13, 1993 in Newark, OH, he was a 2011 graduate of Canal Winchester High School. Christian had a passion for movies, art, music, travel, fashion, amusement parks, the Philadelphia Eagles, The Ohio State Buckeyes, and good food. He was smart, witty, loved to engage in deep meaningful conversations, enjoyed spending time with friends, and loved his family deeply. Those fortunate enough to know Christian, knew him as one who was always willing to help others, one who ended every conversation with those he cared for with “love you”, and one who considered his close friends to be like brothers and sisters, which he often called them. Addiction hides in the faces of everyday people all around us. Christian is not just another statistic or just “another one gone too soon”, he was a gift from God that the world lost and can never be replaced. Christian is survived by his parents, Tom and Anne; sister, Katie (Luciano); grandmother, Nancy; aunts and uncles, Leslie (Steve), Bobby, Jeanie (Jim), Karen (John), Mike (Annette); numerous cousins and friends; extended family, David; sisters, Veronica and Elizabeth (son Roger); and brother, Nick (daughter Jocelyn). He is preceded in death by his grandfathers, Gordon and Bob; grandmother, Patricia; and uncle, Chris. Memorial contributions may be made to The Refuge Ministries - P.O. Box 163173, Columbus, OH 43216 or through their website: https://www.classy.org/give/238592/#!/donation/checkout Friends and family may call from 4-7 p.m. on Friday, June 17, 2022 at the DWAYNE R.
