Cindy Root

Cindy Jo Root, age 63, of Baltimore, died August 11, 2018 at her home. Born May 16, 1955, she was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church in Lancaster, Ohio where she also taught pre-school. She loved taking care of her family and spending time with her grandchildren.

Cindy is survived by her loving husband of 45 years, Ron; son, Michael (Sarah) Root; daughter JoAnna (Elliott) Cline; grandchildren, Tristen Root and Audrey Cline; parents, Paul and Jo Walters; brother, Steve Walters; sister, Peggy (Steve) Rader; parents-in-law, Duane and Norma Root; nieces, nephews, and cousins; her beloved dogs, Lily and Lydia; and her cat, Miracle.

Friends may visit 2-4 & 6-8 Thursday at the DWAYNE R. SPENCE FUNERAL HOME, 650 W. Waterloo Street, Canal Winchester, Ohio 43110 where a funeral service will take place at 10:00 a.m. Friday. Interment to follow at Union Grove Cemetery.
