The family would like to thank the staff of Fairhope Hospice and Palliative Care, particularly Christina, Darsey, and Melissa. We would also like to thank the many caregivers of Home Instead, especially Laura, Arlene, and Elizabeth for their loving devotion to our father.
Dan’s second love (besides family) was the game of golf where he was known as the “Golf Czar”. We know there is a course in heaven awaiting him! He also tended a large garden for many years, inspiring us all with his knowledge. Dan loved to tease his grandchildren mercilessly, but underneath it all had a soft heart for each one of them.
