Doris M. Suver, age 94, of Pickerington, died Wednesday, May 6, 2020 at her residence. Born June 15, 1925 in Columbus to the late Joseph “Kelly” & Frieda (Thum) Camden, she was a graduate of Summit High School. She retired as a dairy farmer and had formerly worked for the Veteran’s Administration. She was a 75 year member of the Violet Grange, and was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Oris Suver in 2017; daughter, Rebecca Suver; grandson, Steven Bennett; and brother, Joseph V. Camden.
She is survived by her daughters, Molly (Fred) Butcher, Washington Court House, Nancy (Bruce) Bennett, Bloomingburg, Peggy (Joseph) Bailey, Pickerington; grandchildren, Joshua (Megan) Butcher, Becky (Alan) Hooper, Bruce (Tiffany) Bennett, Jr., Scott (Valerie) Bennett, Jeff Bennett, Eric (Lauryn) Tipton, Melanie (Jacob) Wuebben, Glen Tipton; 15 great-grandchildren; sisters, Nellie Camden, Loretta Beach, and Mary Alice Wagy; nieces and nephews.
Private graveside service will be held at St. Joseph Cemetery.
A Memorial Mass is planned for later.
