Edna Alice Wagenbrenner

Edna “Eddie” A. Wagenbrenner, age 71, of Baltimore, passed away Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at Mount Carmel East Hospital surrounded by her family. She was born November 3, 1947, in Columbus to the late Floyd and Roberta (Russell) Cullman. Eddie graduated from Capital University sum cum laude, with a Bachelors in Education and her masters from Ashland University. Eddie taught kindergarten in Pickerington Schools for 30 years. She was extremely well liked both by her students and her teaching peers. Eddie will be remembered as the beautiful person she was, both inside and outside and sorely missed. She was preceded in death by her mother and father-in-law, Rosemary and Joe Wagenbrenner. Eddie is survived by her loving husband of 47 years, Jim Wagenbrenner; two precious daughters, Amy (Travis) Wolfe, Julie (Randy) Barch; sister, Peggy (Frank) Fite, Las Vegas, NV; and treasured dogs, Mia, Rosie and Izzy. Eddie’s pride and joy were her four beautiful grandchildren, Emma, Ava, Mason, and Olivia. Family and friends may visit 1-4:00pm on Sunday, February 17, at the DWAYNE R. SPENCE FUNERAL HOME, 550 Hill Rd. N., Pickerington, OH 43147, where a funeral service, officiated by Fr. James Klima, will follow at 4:00pm. Interment will be held privately at St. Joseph Cemetery.
