Erin Lee Cyrus Palumbo

Erin Lee Cyrus Palumbo, age 46, of Canal Winchester passed away unexpectedly September 4, 2021. Erin was born October 2, 1974 in Fort Knox, KY. She leaves behind her husband, Jon and son, Sean. She is survived by her mother, Cheryle (Jeff) Bell; father, Donnie Cyrus; step-dad, Jeff (Tina) Oliver; mother-in-law, Debora (Robert) McAllister; sisters, Trisha (Michael) Streicher and Meghan Kirby (Ben) Sandrock and; sister-in-law, Nicole Palumbo; brother-in-law, Joseph Palumbo; nieces and nephews, Roman, Elliya, Harbor, and Hayes Sandrock, Charlie Pedigo and Clara Streicher, Ada Palumbo; numerous beloved aunts, uncles and cousins.

Attended Wherle High School until her junior year when it closed, then graduated from Hamilton Twp High School 1992. She returned to college to pursue her degree in Business and Accounting. She met and married the love of her life, Deputy Sheriff Jon Palumbo and their life was filled with much love, lots of fun and adventures with their son, Sean. She loved dogs, rescuing several over the years, including her latest two, Bowser and Bono.

Family and friends may visit 11-1:00pm on Friday, September 10, at the DWAYNE R. SPENCE FUNERAL HOME, 650 W. Waterloo St. Canal Winchester, OH 43110 with a funeral service to follow at 1:00pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to Children’s Hospital in care of hypophosphatasia HHP endocrinology dept. or Fairfield Area Humane Society or the GoFundMeAcct. A reception to follow and the location is TBD.
