Harvey Weir Cook III

Harvey Weir Cook III (Trip) passed away peacefully on January 8, 2022. Trip was a loving husband to Peggy Cook for 46 years and a loving father of Colleen Herr (Jason) and proud grandfather to grandsons, James and Grant. Born on July 19, 1950 in Indianapolis, Indiana, he is preceded in death by his father H. Weir Cook, Jr., mother Margaret Cook (Lenahan) and sister Margaret Locke (Tom). Survived by his siblings, Joanne Green (Glenn), Kathy Foulk (Larry), Patty Shore (Dave), Thomas (Teresa), Connie TenBricK (widow Larry) John Cook, Dorothy Mann (David) and Maureen Pinnick (Mike). Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Trip was retired from Ohio Health after 29 years and a proud veteran of the United States Navy, serving for four years and a lifelong member of the American Legion. He was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Groveport, Ohio. Services will be held at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Pickerington, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Ohio Health Hospice.
