Howard “Jeep” Stebelton, age 98, passed away on January 1, 2021 in Canal Winchester, OH. He was born on December, 12, 1922 to the late Wilber and Marie Stebelton. Jeep served in the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II. He was a member of American Legion Post #677, 91st Bomb Group Memorial Association and a 75 year member of the Lithopolis Masonic Lodge #169.
Jeep is survived by his son, David (JoEllen) Stebelton; grandchildren, Allen (Amy) Stebelton, Kathleen (Andy) McKeon, Kevin (Mary) Stebelton and Mary (Joe) Vaughn; great-grandchildren, Connor, Norah, Wesley Stebelton and Caleb McKeon. He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Marilyn Jean “Sue” Stebelton and son, Howard Lee Stebelton.
Friends and Family may call from 1-2 p.m. on Friday, January 8, 2021 at the DWAYNE R. SPENCE FUNERAL HOME, CANAL WINCHESTER. The funeral service will be Friday at 2 p.m. Burial with Military Honors will be held in Franklin Hill Memorial Gardens.
