James "JP" Paul Fridley

James “JP” Fridley, age 74, of Lancaster formerly of Lithopolis, passed away May 2, 2022 at his home. Born July 17, 1947 to the late Lester and Anna in Columbus, OH. James was an avid watcher of NASCAR and General Hospital. At a young age he started his own company called J.P. Fridley Backhoe Services.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife Cheryl whom he lost back in December of 2021.

He is survived by his sons, Shawn Fridley and Adam Fridley; and sister, Carol (Kenneth) Rich.

Per JPs wishes he is to be cremated and the family will be having services at a later date.
