Janet Beverly Marie Jackson

Beverly Jackson, born 02.06.1938, Passed away on 11.18.2022. Graduate of Canal Winchester High School Class of 1956. In 1956 at age 18 she married her high school sweetheart Adolph Jackson. She managed her family business, Jackson Lake Park, shortly after high school and continued until retiring and selling the park in 1999. She loved meeting new people, making new friends and especially catering for all the large parties. She helped Dolph with his business by doing everything from keeping the books to helping with some of the building of the homes. She and Dolph had a small farm in the mid-1960s. She was an avid animal lover. Having a pony and dogs when she was young, to horses, dogs, goats, pigs, cows and cats as an adult. She loved to host family and cook for holiday celebrations, especially Christmas. She loved to garden, canning many of her home-grown vegetables and sharing her beautiful flowers with family and friends. Her greatest joy, was spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her son, Dan (05.02.1985), and the love of her life, Dolph (04.22.2020). She leaves behind her brother Farrell, 2 of 3 children- Debra and David, 4 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. We know that she is at peace, has once again joined Dolph and Dan, and is looking down on all of us. She was our rock; she will be greatly missed. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
