Joann Cox

Joann Cox, 77, of Canal Winchester, died on Friday, January 5, 2018 at Mount Carmel East Hospital in Columbus. Born on July 15, 1940, Joann was a longtime member of the New Faith Church. She was also a proud member of the Red Hat Society and a Medigold Ambassador. She is survived by her daughter, Susan Manganello; grandchildren, Joshua (Tiffany) Hahn, Ryan Hahn, Brendan Manganello, and Carter Manganello; great-grandson, Sawyer; another great-grandchild on the way; and her special friends, Barbara Herbert, Charles and Shirley Bailey, Mary Woods, Pastor Ray and Janet Richards, Pastor Ari and Meti Meoko, and countless others. Joann was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Cox. Friends may visit from 4-7 p.m. on Tuesday, January 9th at the DWAYNE R. SPENCE FUNERAL HOME, 650 W. Waterloo St., Canal Winchester, OH 43110, where a funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 10th. Interment at Floral Hills Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Joann’s memory to the American Cancer Society at www.cancer.org.
