Joanne Frank

Joanne (nee Romer) Frank entered her heavenly Lord and Savior’s open arms on March 25, 2024, at the age of 95. Formerly of Toledo, Ohio, she was the beloved wife of the late James H. Frank, and the loving mother of James Jr., Robbin, Tracy, and Andrew. She had been a member for many years of Bethel Lutheran Church, Epiphany Lutheran Church and worked for the Toledo Board of Education. Joanne is survived by her son James Jr. and wife Anita; daughter Robbin and husband Wayne Ferne; daughter Tracy and husband James Wiseman; and son Andrew and wife Karen; and by 8 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. The family is grateful for all the care given to Joanne at nursing facilities in Pickerington and Lancaster, Ohio. A private family service will be held at a later date.
