Joseph Scorziell

Joseph Christoforo Scorziell, age 66, of Pickerington, OH passed away peacefully after a brave and courageous battle with brain cancer on August 24, 2018. He was born January 31, 1952 in Toledo, OH to the late Lewis and Joan Scorziell. Joe was a 1970 graduate of DeVilbiss High School in Toledo, OH. He was an avid Ohio State and Blue Jackets fan. Joe was a proud member of Grace Fellowship Church.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Dave Scorziell. Survivors include his loving wife of 44 years, Bonnie Scorziell; three children, Shelly (Mark) Downing, Joe (Jenny) Scorziell and Nick Scorziell; five grandchildren, Andrea and Natalie Downing, Sam, Sydney and Finn Scorziell; numerous nieces and nephews. Family and friends may visit 5-8:00pm on Friday, August 31, at The Chapel, 575 Diley Rd., Pickerington, OH 43147. A funeral service will begin at 10:00am on Saturday, September 1, at The Chapel.
