Larry M Gibbs

Larry Marvin Gibbs, age 60, of Columbus, OH passed away on March 9, 2020 in Frankfort, OH due to medical complications related to late-stage dementia. He was born February 5, 1960 in Columbus, OH to the late Howard and Joanne Gibbs; the youngest of four children. Larry worked as a truck driver for 30 years for various companies as well as being self-employed. When he was not trucking, he kept busy by working on cars and doing yardwork. Many recognized him for being a hardworking, selfless man that they could count on for help, no matter what! Larry also enjoyed boating and lake activities with family and friends. One summer, the girls recall taking 37 camping trips to their favorite lake in southwest Ohio, Paint Creek.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister, Kathleen. Survivors include his three daughters, Jacklyn, Angela, and Larissa Gibbs; grandchildren, Jason Jr., Caleb, Tysen, Avery, and one grandson on the way; siblings Kenneth Gibbs and Linda Malloy, numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Services have been canceled at this time due to Covid-19.
