Lawrence Glen Leonard

Lawrence Glen Leonard, 98, formerly of Pickerington, died Saturday, April 21, 2018 at Echo Manor in Pickerington. Born in Columbus on October 8, 1919 to the late Gabriel and Dora Leonard.
Lawrence was a 1938 graduate of South High School. He was a longtime member at Peace United Methodist Church and worked as a volunteer at the Pickerington Senior Center for 20 years, including “running” the weekly Euchre games.
Lawrence was preceded in death by his loving wife of 71 years, June Leonard; siblings, Raymond Leonard, Clarence (Cy) Leonard, Viola Scarberry. Lawrence is survived by his children, Jerry (Ginger) Leonard and Patricia (Rich Giroux) Leonard; grandchildren, Michael (Julie) Leonard, Elizabeth (Kevin) Fougerousse; great-grandchildren, Logan and Abby Fougerousse; numerous nieces and nephews.
Family and friends may visit 11-1:00 pm on Friday, April 27, at the DWAYNE R. SPENCE FUNERAL HOME, 550 Hill Rd. N., Pickerington, OH 43147, where a funeral service will follow at 1:00 pm. Interment Fernwood Cemetery.
