Leila Kay Gaskill

Leila Kay Gaskill, age 28, of Lancaster, OH passed away unexpectedly January 28, 2023. She was born March 14, 1994 in Columbus, OH. She enjoyed collecting Barbies, loved Disney, Michael Jackson, photography and painting. Leila was a dedicated dance mom and loved spending time with her daughter. She is preceded in death by her grandpa, Charles S. “Pappa” Watzek; grandma, Fattoum “Mimi” Cherif; grandma-in-law, Gloria Gaskill.

Survived by mother, Gina (Jeff) Johnson; father, Ghayour Chouchane; daughter, Stephanie Gaskill; grandma, Pamela “Mamma” Watzek; brother, Adam M. Chouchane; fiancé, Greg Gaskill; mother and father-in-law, Tim and Lori Gaskill; sister and brother-in-law, Jill (Greg) Tea; brother and sister-in-law, Zack and Eryka Gaskill; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Family and friends may visit from 2-5:00pm on Sunday, February 5, at the DWAYNE R. SPENCE FUNERAL HOME, 650 W. Waterloo St. Canal Winchester, OH 43110. A funeral service will begin at 11:00am on Monday, February 6, at the funeral home. Interment at Lithopolis Cemetery. Donations can be made in her name to the Autism Society, Central Ohio Chapter.
