Marlene Doll Garber, age 88 of Pickerington, died January 5, 2021. She is preceded in death by her parents, Claude and Ruth Doll; sister and brother in law, Elaine and Don Risch; former husband, Donald E Kramer; sister, Diane Stump; husband, Dean L Garber; and daughter-in-law, Uta Kramer,
Survived by her daughter, Suzanne Kramer; her brother, Dan (Judy) Doll and daughters Dana and Darci Doll; nieces, Sherri Stump Wildermuth (Dan) and family, Elisabeth Risch Dilz (Guy) and family; as well as her extended family: David and Gretchen Risch; aunt, Ella Doll Shepard; Gretchen Goss; Patti (David) Permar and family; Kim Kramer and family; Pamela Kramer; Celia (Paul) Alspach; Andrew (Jessica) Alspach; Amy (Charley) Alspach Pritchard; Doris Garber (Terry Cook) and Sarah Watson (Steve) Studer and family.
She has loved and enjoyed her lifelong friends and neighbors. A graduate of Capital University and retired teacher from Columbus Public Schools. She was a member of David Evangelical Lutheran Church
in Canal Winchester.
A memorial service will be held 1:30 pm on Wednesday, July 14, 2021 at the Dwayne R. Spence Funeral Home, 550 Hill Road North (St. Rt. #256), Pickerington, with Pastor Al Swartz officiating. The family will receive friends following until 4 pm.
