Michael Wilson Allen

Michael Wilson Allen, age 74 entered heaven on Thursday, September 26 ,2019, surrounded by family at his home at Buckeye Lake. He was born September 4, 1945 in Four Oaks NC to the late Zeb and Nannie Allen.

Mike is survived by his wife of 41 years, Suzanne “Sue” Allen; children, Ross (Beverly) Miller, Michael (Sarah) Allen, Dawn (Bill) Davis, and Emily (Colin) Doty; grandchildren, Regan, Hayden and Grace Allen;
RJ and Ryan Miller; Vince, Olivia and Lela Davis; Cecilia and Wilson Doty; brother, Billy Allen; sisters

He loved his family, his friends and his Lord fiercely and leaves a large hole in the lives of not only his relatives but the many people whose lives he touched. Mike retired from Nationwide Insurance but never quite retired. He was deeply involved in his church, teaching Financial Peace classes as well as marriage classes alongside Sue. He loved all things real estate including investing and rehabbing, cars (especially fast ones) and traveling far and wide. He was an encourager, a friend, a mentor, a leader, a financial genius, an incredible husband, father and Papa. He will be greatly missed.

Family and friends may visit from 1-3pm on Saturday, October 12, 2019 at Reynoldsburg United Methodist Church 1636 Graham Rd Reynoldsburg, OH 43068, where a celebration of life service will follow at 3:00pm. Arrangements by Dwayne R Spence Funeral Home and Crematory, Pickerington.
