Mildred Jane Bauchmoyer

Mildred “Jeanie” J. Bauchmoyer, age 84, of Canal Winchester passed away November 22, 2022. Jean was born April 7, 1938 in Winchester, KY to the late Forrest and Ida (Ashley) Williams. She was a shift supervisor at Ponderosa Restaurant on Tussing Rd. for many years. Jeanie was a devoted Christian and attended Peace Free Lutheran Church in Canal Winchester, OH. She loved babysitting for local families, at one point she had 36 kids at one time. Jeanie took great pride in being a grandma, mom and wife and her grandkids were her world.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Delano Bauchmoyer; step-mother, Edith Mae (Berryman) Williams; sister, Shirley Williams; and infant sister, Phyllis Jean Williams; 1 grandchild and 1 great-grandchild.
She is survived by her children, Christina (Larry) Roberts, Gregory (Renee) Bauchmoyer, Lissa (partner, Kevin Salvador) Gillispie, Cindy (John) Muller, and Delano “Bud” (Rosa) Bauchmoyer; 19 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; and best friends, Sue Hodge and Julia Reitz.
Visitation will be held Sunday, November 27, 2022 from 2-4pm at THE DWAYNE R SPENCE FUNERAL HOME, CANAL WINCHESTER. A funeral service will take place Monday, November 28, at 11AM at the Peace Free Lutheran Church; 28 Elm St, Canal Winchester, OH 43110. Interment Silent Home Cemetery.
