Ned Lloyd Morehart

Ned Lloyd Morehart, 92, of Lancaster, died on Wednesday, October 9, 2019 at the Pickering House in Lancaster. Born on October 1, 1927 to the late Noel and Helen Morehart, Ned proudly served in the Army during the Korean War. He was a Corporal in the 2nd Armored Division and received the Purple Heart. Ned owned and operated his own business and was best known for having the Putt-Putt Golf at the Fairfield County Fair. Ned is survived by his daughters, Kathy Morehart, Karen Morehart, Sally (Craig) Wharton, Penny (Eric) Doersam; 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and special friends, Val and Booney. He was preceded in death by his wife, Phyllis. A graveside service will take place at a later date at Greenfield Township Cemetery. Arrangements by the DWAYNE R.
