Oris Suver

Oris Dale Suver, age 90, of Pickerington, OH passed away November 22, 2017. He was born December 8, 1926 in Johnstown, OH to the late Orin and Bertha Suver. Proudly served in the United States Army during WWII. Retired as a dairy farmer and school bus driver. He was a member of Violet Grange and Seton Parish Catholic Church.

Preceded in death by his daughter, Becky; grandson, Steven Bennett; and ten siblings, Frank, Florence, John, Paul, Clara, Carl, Mary, Rich, Bill and Ed. Survived by his loving wife of 67 years, Doris Camden Suver; three daughters, Molly (Fred) Butcher, Nancy (Bruce) Bennett and Peggy Tipton; eight grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; numerous sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.

Family and friends may visit 3-7:00pm on Sunday, November 26, at the DWAYNE R. SPENCE FUNERAL HOME, 550 Hill Rd. N. Pickerington, OH 43147 with a vigil service to begin at 6:30pm. A funeral mass officiated by Fr. James Klima will begin at 10:30am on Monday, November 27, at Seton Parish Catholic Church, 600 Hill Rd N, Pickerington, OH 43147. Interment at St. Joseph Cemetery. Contributions may be made in his name to Seton Parish Catholic Church or Violet Grange Scholarship Fund.
