Phyllis Bisker

Phyllis Ann Bisker, age 93, of Canal Winchester, died October 8, 2017 at the Forum at Knightsbridge. Born July 2, 1924 in Wellsville, Kansas to the late Phillip and Josephine Blum; she was a very loving and dedicated wife, mother and grandmother. She spent many hours making and donating knitted hats and other items. Everyone she met adored her kindness and friendship. She loved watching OSU basketball, football and the Cincinnati Reds. She was a lifetime member of David Lutheran Church; she never missed a Sunday.
Preceded in death by her husband of 73 years, Wayne Bisker; Phyllis is survived by her children, Sheryl Bisker, Linda (Jim) Bisker, Jeffrey (Barb) Bisker; grandchildren, Kelley Gorry, Christopher Gorry and Allison (Eric) McFerin.
Friends may visit 1-2 p.m. Wednesday at the DWAYNE R. SPENCE FUNERAL HOME, 650 W. Waterloo Street, Canal Winchester, Ohio 43110 where a funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Leslie Fox officiating. Interment to follow at Franklin Hills Memorial Gardens. Those who wish may donate to OhioHealth Hospice, 800 McConnell Drive, Columbus, Ohio 43214 in Phyllis’ memory.
