Robert Keith Cosner

Robert Keith Cosner, age 87, of Carroll, formerly of Ashville, died Wednesday, September 6, 2023 at Carroll Place Assisted Living. Born February 8, 1936 in Columbus to the late Audie and Ruth (Keith) Cosner. He served in the U.S. Air Force and was a firefighter with the Columbus Division of Fire from Sept. 1, 1959 to Jan. 28, 1994, retiring as assistant chief.
Bob was preceded in death by his wife, Nancy Kay Cosner in 2017, and is survived by his daughters, Pam (Laura Reding) Cosner, of Carroll, and Dianne (Jim) Mock, Frederick, Maryland; and grandson, Marlowe Mock.
At his request there will be no visitation or service. To honor Bob’s love of dogs and all wildlife, friends may contribute to the Almost Home Dog Rescue of Ohio (www.almosthomeohio.org) or the Ohio Wildlife Center (www.ohiowildlifecenter.org) in his memory.
