Shane Andrew Bell, age 23, passed away unexpectedly on March 25, 2021. He was born on November 4, 1997 in Columbus, Ohio. Shane was a 2016 graduate of Canal Winchester High School. Shane played travel soccer and baseball for travel teams and in high school. At the time of his passing, Shane had secured an apprenticeship in the construction field. Shane’s life, although cut short, was a blessing to his parents and everyone who knew him. His quiet manner, kind heart, and sense of humor will greatly be missed. Shane meant the world to his close knit family and the pain of his loss will remain forever. The happiness and joy his memory brings and knowing he is at peace will forever bring peace to their hearts.
Shane is survived by his mother Michele Bell, his father Nathan Bell and Jenny, his brothers Luke Bell, Jaret Christiansen, Carey Stynes; his sister Savannah Christiansen; his aunts Marsha (Mark) Fullen and Shannan (Todd) Anthony and his uncle Jayson(Kristen) Stowers; his grandmother Sarah Thompson; his cousins Ashley (Todd) Zaborniak, Joshua (Taylor) Fullen and Matthew Fullen. Shane is preceded in death by his grandfather Harold Dean Thompson, who shared a special bond with Shane; his grandparents, Andrew Jackson and Thelma Bates Bell and his Aunt Andrea (Mike) Scott.
Visitation hours will be held at Dwayne R. Spence Funeral Home in Pickerington on Thursday from 5:00-7:00 p.m. and a service will be held at 7:00 p.m.
