Shirley Patrick

Shirley Ann Patrick aka “Nonna”, 76, of Groveport, died on Wednesday, September 6, 2017 at her residence.
Born on May 7, 1941 to the late Premo and Helen Stefani, Shirley was a 1959 graduate of Warren G. Harding High School. She worked in customer service for JCPenney for many years and was a proud member of the Red Hat Society. Shirley was a loving, ornery, and feisty woman who loved to cook, read, and dote on her grandchildren. She never knew a stranger and wouldn’t allow anyone to leave her house with an empty stomach. She will be greatly missed.
She is survived by her children, Denise (Roger Smith) Gantt, Cheryl Downour, William “Randy” (Kim Opalacz) Patrick, Michelle Patrick, and Melinda (Michael) Montenaro; grandchildren, Melia (Josh) Burkhart, Megan (Danny) Downour, Karwen Guthmann, Trisha Gantt, Mariah (Bryan) West, Siara Patrick, Makaylah Downour, Robi Patrick, and Tristan Patrick; and her great-grandchildren, Bentley Kraut, Brooklyn Woods, Valen Burkhart, and Cohen Burkhart.
Shirley was preceded in death by her brother, Eugene Stefani.
Friends may visit from 4-7 p.m. on Tuesday, September 12th at the DWAYNE R. SPENCE FUNERAL HOME, 650 W. Waterloo St., Canal Winchester, OH, 43110, where a funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, September 13th.

Interment at Lithopolis Cemetery.
