Stephen “Steve” Arthur Frecker, age 78, of Canal Winchester, OH passed away January 5, 2021. He was born April 1, 1942 in Zanesville, OH to the late Joseph and Dorothy Frecker. Steve proudly served in the United States Navy. He worked 27 years as a customer service agent for US Airways. Steve volunteered at the Canal Winchester Food pantry for many years. He was a founding member of St. John XXIII Catholic Parish. He was a wonderful husband, father and grandfather who will be greatly missed.

Survivors include his loving wife of 52 years, Susan Frecker; two daughters, Mary Margaret Broerman and Katherine Marie (Gregory) Gall; four grandchildren, Megan, Zoë, Nathan and Noah; two brothers, Douglas (Kris) Frecker and Michael (LaDonna) Frecker; sister, Elaine Frecker; numerous nieces and nephews. Family and friends may visit 1-4:00pm on Sunday, January 10, at the DWAYNE R. SPENCE FUNERAL HOME, 650 W. Waterloo St. Canal Winchester, OH 43110. A funeral mass will begin at 10:00am on Monday, January 11, at St. John XXIII, 5170 Winchester Southern Rd, Canal Winchester, OH 43110. Interment at St. Joseph Cemetery, Crooksville, OH.
