It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Stephen Talbot-Woltz. His battle with addiction was lost on April 14, 2021. Stephen was born 28 years ago in Columbus, Ohio to Deanna Talbot-Clinger and Kevin Woltz Sr.
As a child, it was a joy to watch his imagination flourish as he explored the world. A special nod to “Star Wars” and “Woody”. As he grew older, his passion moved to playing guitar and skateboarding. Some of his greatest assets were an exceptional memory and excellent communication skills which allowed him to express genuine compassion for the people in his life.
Stephen is survived by his mother, Deanna Talbot-Clinger, step father and sister Scott and Elizabeth Clinger, niece and nephew Aaliyah and Dylan, fiance’ Amanda Cacerta, cousins Jacob and Emily Grim, Eric and Olivia Boggs, Michael and David Talbot, Gabriel, Sophie, and Jaxson Talbot, aunts Cynthia Grim (John), Melinda Boggs (Steve), Kathy Hoey, Carol Masley, MIchelle Woltz, uncles Mark Talbot (Rachel), Robert and Thomas Hoey, James Talbot, and many other friends and family. He was predeceased by his father Kevin Woltz Sr. and maternal grandmother Roberta Hall.
Services will be held at Dwayne Spence Funeral Home, 650 West Waterloo Street in Canal Winchester. Visiting hours are on Sunday, April 18 from 2–4 pm and the funeral on Monday at 11 am.
In lieu of flowers, Stephen’s family asks that guests donate to the “House of Hope” in Columbus, Ohio.
