Tawnee Lou Thomas

Tawnee Lou Thomas, 67, of Canal Winchester, died on Wednesday, August 1, 2018 at her residence. Born on August 26, 1950 in McKeesport, PA to the late Thomas and Alice Waddington, Tawnee was a graduate of Clairton High School, in Clairton, PA. She was an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers. Tawnee will be remembered as someone who never met a stranger. She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Gary Thomas; children, Tracy (Daniel) DeRoss, Brian (Kimberly) Thomas, and Mark (Kati) Thomas; grandchildren, Nicholas DeRoss, Jordyn Thomas, Kelsey Thomas, Hunter DeRoss, Maura Thomas, and Emma Thomas; sister, Rita (James) McVicker; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends. Tawnee was preceded in death by her siblings, Thomas Waddington, Jr. and Judy Werner. A memorial service will be held in Pittsburgh, PA at a later date. Arrangements by the DWAYNE R.
