Theresa Cooper

Theresa Cooper, age 56, of Pickerington, OH passed away January 7, 2022 at Mt. Carmel East Hospital. Born August 3, 1965 in Columbus, OH to Steven and Frances (Novielli) Wirtz. Theresa enjoyed cooking and watching Food Network in her free time. She faithfully listened to music, especially Steve Perry and his band Journey, frequently attending their concerts. Mickey Mouse was her spirit animal. Theresa was also an avid Cleveland Indians Baseball and Ohio State Buckeyes fan.

Theresa is preceded in death by her mother, Frances Wirtz. She is survived by her loving children, Steven (Ingrid) Cooper and Jessica (Adriana) Rodriguez; grandchildren, Brandon and William Cooper; father, Steven Wirtz; siblings, Mary Wirtz, Kimberly (Mike) Bratton, and Amanda (Chris) Vanalmsick; nieces and nephews, Kyle, Kory, Michaela, Kaden, and Shayde; along with numerous other loved ones and friends.

Family and friends may visit Saturday, January 15, 2022 4-6 & 7-9PM at THE DWAYNE R SPENCE FUNERAL HOME 550 Hill Road N. Pickerington, OH 43147. A service will be held the following day Sunday, January 16 at the funeral home at 11AM with Jim Pence officiating.
