Thomas Matthew Howard

Thomas Matthew Howard, 58, of Lithopolis passed away unexpectedly on November 15, 2023.  He was born on April 6, 1965, in Columbus to Timothy and Carolyn (Johnson) Howard. His father preceded him in death.  

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife of 23 years, Michele (O’Connor) Howard; son Ty Howard, currently serving in the US Marine Corp, Camp Lejeune; brothers Joe (Dee) Stephens, Timmy Jr. (Maryanne), Ted, who is his twin, Travis (Marcy), and Trent (Lynn); sister Cheryl Howard; grandmothers Joan Howard and Dottie Johnson; parents-in-law George and Juanita O’Connor; special sister-in-law Malinda McKinley; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Tom enjoyed watching horse racing events and the Cincinnati Bengals. He was an electrician by trade, beginning at an early age with his family’s business.

Visitation will be held from 1-2 PM with a funeral service at 2 PM on Wednesday, November 22, 2023, at DWAYNE R. SPENCE FUNERAL HOME, 650 W. Waterloo St., Canal Winchester.  Interment will follow at Lithopolis Cemetery.
