William “Bill” W. Bond, age 83, of Pickerington, Ohio passed away Monday, March 6, 2023 at St. Ann’s Hospital.
Bill was born April 4, 1939 in Caldwell, Ohio to the late William and Edna (Watson) Bond.
Bill was a simple man who loved to spend time relaxing on his backyard swing, tinkering in the garage, and spending time with his loved ones. He worked for the State of Ohio for 32 years as an Investigator Supervisor and volunteered with the Caldwell Fire Department. He was a 58-year member of the Sharon Lodge #136 F&AM.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his son, Scott Alan Bond.
He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Kathleen Bond; children, William “Tyler” (Lauren) Bond, James (Melissa) Bond, Christa (Steve) Cunningham, Timothy (Janice) Bond; grandchildren, Jaxson, Grayson, and Hudson; sister, Barbara Jennings; nephew, Jay Jennings and niece, Jodi Pfeifer.
Per Bill’s final wishes no services will be held at this time. Cremation and care provided by DWAYNE R SPENCE FUNERAL HOME, PICKERINGTON.
