William Eugene Perry

William E. “Bill” Perry, age 84, of Pickerington, went home to be with his Lord and Savior, Saturday, March 3, 2018 at Florida Hospital Wauchula. He was born October 11, 1933 in Auxier, KY to the late William J. and Martha J. Perry.
Bill served his country as a member of the U.S. Air Force. He attended Violet Baptist Church. Bill was an avid Kentucky Wildcats basketball fan and enjoyed attending games at Rupp Arena with his wife. He was a loving and caring husband, father and grandfather who cherished spending time with his family. Preceded in death by his siblings, Jessie Pack, Lorraine Conley, Darleen McKenzie. Bill is survived by his loving wife, Gay Perry; sons, Eugene (Joyce) Perry and Jeffery (Teresa) Perry; grandchildren, Merceydez (Dustin), Tyler, Jordyn, Chris, Sarah, Allyson, Wil, Kira; great-grandchildren, Oliver, Hendrix, Sutton, Nala; siblings, Dimple Watkins, Doug Perry, Frank Perry and Bonnie Jurich; many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends may visit 6-8:00 pm on Friday, March 9, at the DWAYNE R. SPENCE FUNERAL HOME, 550 Hill Rd. N., Pickerington, OH 43147, where a funeral service, officiated by Pastors Randy Murdoch and William Lawler, will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, March 10. Interment Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
