William H. "Willie" Snider

William H. “Willie” Snider, age 79, of Pickerington, died Wednesday, December 26, 2018 at Pickering House in Lancaster. Born December 23, 1939 in Pickerington to the late Vernon and Emma (Finley) Snider, he was a 1958 graduate of Pickerington High School and a graduate of The Ohio State University. He retired from Ohio Bell/AT&T and was later a real estate broker, owner of Snider Spot Realty, and was a member of Christ United Methodist Church in Baltimore.
Survived by his wife of 51 years, Marilee Snider; sons, William (Kenya) Snider, Robert Snider, both of Cary, NC, Steven (Jennifer) Snider, Amanda, OH; grandchildren, William, Carli, Emily, Hannah, and Greta; brother, Garland Snider, Reynoldsburg; sister, Virginia Banton, Pickerington; nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by sisters, Gladys Keller and Miriam Merchant; and brothers, Gale, Donald, and Gerald Snider.
Friends may visit 11 am to 1 pm Saturday at the DWAYNE R. SPENCE FUNERAL HOME, 550 Hill Road N. (St. Rt. #256), Pickerington, where the funeral service will follow at 1 pm with his son, Rev. Steven Snider, officiating. Interment at Betzer Cemetery.
