Our deepest sympathy to your family. Dave had Dick as an Ag teacher and young farmer advisor at Spencerville . He was such a positive force in our lives for many years. We have often talked with our children about the many memories and good times we enjoyed while Dick was at Spencerville. It was so great to have shared his his life with ours.

Our deepest sympathy to the Hummel family. Garry had been a student of Dick's at Spencerville. He has always thought highly of Dick. He has always told the sons, grandsons, and great grandson what a great ag teacher he was. He will be missed by his family and by those who knew him.
