Our very first "next-door-neighbors" were the Patrick family. We were all very young at the time and just starting our families. Shirley was a wonderful neighbor - friendly, fun loving and very much focused on family. Our preschool children enjoyed playing together.
Time passed and the Patricks eventually moved away, but we never forgot Shirley and her lovely family. Hearing of her passing this week saddened us. Please know that we are thinking of you all and send our sympathy and prayers.
